The truth about Adobe is that we have lost everything that made this place a great company at one time. The only reason we are still here is because of the few dedicated people who have not left the company and still give their creative best. The saddest part is that these guys never get any rewards and always remain in the background. Whereas the management people who practically do nothing get all the limelight and behave in a manner as if the company is running because of them.

Adobe has reached its peak and now everything is simply going downhill and the management has no interest in trying to get things back on track. The people in senior positions are mostly from other companies who do not understand the need to constantly innovate or we will soon lose our position in the market. I am working here for the last ten years and the morale is at an all time low among the employees only because no one is guiding us in our jobs. Creativity is no longer encouraged or respected in this company.

I am happy to say I finally decided to quit Adobe and I am happy working at my new job. The environment at Adobe is like the slowest one possible where I had to wait for months to get any feedback of the work I did which means that by the time I received comments about one project I had already completed two or three more thus making the feedback totally useless. Also I felt that the company has become too big and too many creative minds have crowded together causing utter confusion.

Adobe Systems Incorporated is a place where I had to slog for long to get a promotion. This company follows very conservative and bureaucratic rules and regulations. This took too long a time until I got rewarded for my good performance and the promotion thereafter. This was very discouraging indeed, not just for me but for some of my talented colleagues as well. Moreover, in such a large firm as Adobe Systems, there was hardly any scope of innovation and development in the working techniques. But it produces a number of awesome products and serves to keep the huge client base happy. I also liked the cool location of my office.

Adobe is a great company to work in. Being a creative person myself, I love the whole atmosphere of the office which is buzzing with new ideas all the time. It is an unbelievable feeling to see some of the great Adobe products first. The product themselves are the most attractive element of working here. I work with some of the best people in the business. Innovation is the key word here. All of us are always encouraged to come up with new ideas. The company allows you to balance your personal life and commitment at work. There are a few problems but the management is always trying to solve them.
