It is very difficult for a person like me to work in Booz Allen because of age of most of my coworkers. This place is filled with people who belong to an earlier generation and their views about most things are prehistoric. It is hard to believe but they are also against flexi timing and think that it will destroy the discipline of the people working here. Whenever I try to come up with any new proposal my colleagues almost go into shock and try to find faults in my ideas.

As a manager at Booz Allen I am sure that this company won’t be here for long if the management continues to run the place in the same way as they are doing now. The entire place is choking with bureaucracy and whenever I have tried to do something new the projects never took off due to so much of red tape. The people who run the company are not efficient and fail to understand this kind of business. The situation can be salvaged only by getting some young efficient men to run the company.

Booz Allen Hamilton is a great place to work if you are young and can put your life at stake for the company. The atmosphere here is somewhat overcharged and everyone seems to be running all the time with the only intention of getting promotions and raises. This means that I have no friends at work because all my coworkers seem to be under a panic attack that others are going to overtake them in this rat race. I hate to get up in the morning and go to work here

There is no doubt that working in Booz Allen is a treat. The pay is good and so are the different benefits we get. Gaining varied experience is also possible with Booz Allen Hamilton. But lately the competitiveness in some of my colleagues is getting too much on my nerves. Everyone thinks of themselves first instead of the company. Working at Booz Allen is always driving me to be the best at my job. The people I work with here only want to be the best in their jobs and that is what makes this company such a great consulting firm. The company is always eager to listen to my views about any problem though it may not end up taking my suggestion yet I feel respected. At my workplace I know that if I work hard and give good results then I am sure to be rewarded and that gives me confidence in myself. The company also allows me flexibility in arranging my schedules.
