Everyone knows that Deloitte is in a bad shape and that makes me worry a lot. I have been working here for a long time and I have no idea what I am going to do if I lose my job. I feel very angry when I see all the management guys moving around so relaxed because they do not have to worry about their future. The pay at Deloitte will put any one to shame and the company needs wake up and start revising the benefit plans for its employees. I have been here for the last five years and I only got one raise that too I after I practically forced my manager to give me a positive review. The managers are too obsessed with their personal interests and never take any initiative to encourage talented juniors. I do not see any future for myself here because I am sure my manager will not do anything in this regard.

The only reason I am still surviving in Deloitte is because I have been lucky enough to get promoted as a partner before the company changed its policies. Honestly this is not a place to work at a junior level because most of the people who have senior posts push all the work down on their teams. I am sometimes mocked by my colleagues because I still do a lot of work myself and always make it a point to discuss job sharing with my team. Also the company makes most of the people work very long hours which means that in spite of working too hard the juniors are left with hardly any positive feedbacks from their bosses.

At Deloitte I like all the variety of work that is always coming my way and this never makes my job seem monotonous or boring. I work hard here and I am happy to see the company always takes notice of this which is helping me to grow in my career. My coworkers here are very efficient which makes my job more enjoyable. I got this job just after my graduation and the company has helped me to grow as a professional by constantly providing training and upgrading me to the new technologies that are coming from time to time.
