I do not know why my boss keeps sending me from one place to the other at every excuse. The only reason that I can think of is that I am the only unmarried guy in our team. Others are always ready with some excuse about their family commitments. This is becoming frustrating and now I am already looking for jobs elsewhere.

The best part of working here is that it is really employee friendly. We have this feedback system where we can ask for feedback anytime we like! Also the office environment is very relaxed and diverse. There are people from various background here which makes the work really enjoyable as we get to learn about so many cultures!

Ernst & Young was undoubtedly a great place to work when I started my career here about seven years back. There were lot of learning opportunities and I have really grown as a professional here. The company only hired the best people and there was an excellent work atmosphere in the office. Somehow all this is not true about the company any more. The new people are bringing in a lot of competitiveness with them and that is destroying the cordial workplace atmosphere that always made me proud to work here.

I have been with the company for less than a year but already feel the fruits of my labor to this point. I am learning more than I ever thought possible. The people and culture foster a very open and engaging environment.

Working in E&Y is not an easy job because I had to learn a lot of new things along with the different ways to keep my job in the middle of all the politics going on here. We have no work environment here with everyone thinking how to get promoted without having to work hard. I am sure that instead of spending so much time in plotting and planning if they did some real work they would automatically get their raises. No one here is interested in their work and the management seems to be living in their own imaginary world.

Some of the new staff who joined here fail to understand the spirit of the company and are trying to bring competitiveness and politics into the environment of our workplace. This is causing a disturbance in the atmosphere of our office and I am scared about the future. I liked my job because of the cordial office environment and now I find it vanishing fast!
