The only good thing about Microsoft is that the name looks great on my resume and everyone around you thinks you have a great job but the truth is the company is really not what it used to be. The fact that I am a Microsoft employee has made me an object of envy to all my friends and this is as good as it can ever get. The company has provided me with a well defined career path and I have the opportunity to choose from some great product options. The company also has a lot of projects going on overseas which gives me the great chance to travel to some new places. There is really nothing wrong with the place except that it is a big organization and if I want to make my mark here I will have to be the best in what I do.

I love my job in Microsoft! Apart from being a perfect earning arena, Microsoft has provided me a great opportunity to learn a lot about software and computers. In this company, I can just shift from one area of operation to the other according to my ease in work and convenience. Add to it the amazing benefits presented to us. These include health insurance and other medical benefits, huge campus with options to play basketball, football and volleyball. The travel packages provided by Microsoft are grand indeed! The pay is also quite high! Working here is really a thrilling experience!
