The manager in my section is totally against flexitiming. This means that we have to get to work even if we are sick. He always puts us under huge amount of pressure and expects us to meet impossible deadlines. He hardly does any real work and spend all his time telling us how much he knows and we should be grateful to be working under him.

There is no future in this company for me and I don’t know how long I will be able to do all this hard work. The management is busy with their personal life and does not pay any attention to the activities of the employees in the company. We are constantly made to work on different projects which do not have any connection and there in no one to give us any guidance. The management does not give promotions based on performances but on personal relations

There isn’t much to say about the working conditions in this bank and being an employee here I feel that the management is mainly responsible for the poor state of us. There is no parity between the policies executed by people in controlling positions. I work very hard but my boss refuses to acknowledge any of my efforts and keeps on pressurizing me to perform more and more. I never get any raises and whenever I ask questions about this I am told that the company is not answerable to me. If the company is not answerable to its employees then it is doomed.

I had to leave my job at U. S. Bancorp. There are several reasons behind this decision. Firstly, this bank fails to provide a good supply of resources needed for our easy working. Secondly, the management of the bank is really poor and the compensation policy is absolutely unfavorable and conservative. The most annoying part is that I used to get paid less than the fresh recruits. Now I can earn more with my work experience and skills by moving out of there. Rather, it??™s great to add such a name on my CV! But some of the things I enjoyed in this bank were that the working hours were good and its stability in operations.
